Ecoschool Membership

Bits and Bobs & Ecoschools, naturally, go hand in hand….

The work that is carried out by Bits and Bobs is a perfect fit with the waste minimisation module in the Eco-Schools programme.

Reuse projects like Bits and Bobs are an important educational resource for schools, nurseries and organisations working with children, providing reusable materials for art, craft and creative play.

Our Aim

Bits and Bobs exists to promote the ethos of Reduce, Reuse & Recycle- stopping unwanted materials being sent to landfill and allowing them to be reused at very little cost.

We encourage schools, particularly ones who are working towards an Eco-Schools award, to visit and see for themselves what kind of materials would otherwise be going into a hole in the ground.

All schools- particularly Eco-Schools- are encouraged to become members and buy a substantial amount of their art and craft materials from Bits and Bobs- what better way to promote the reuse of materials than to use them again in the classroom?

Bits and Bobs membership makes sense both environmentally and financially!

Membership rates for schools is £30 per annum
